摘要
根据凝汽器的工作特点及水泵的工作原理,在冬季采用单台循环水泵运行代替原设计双台循环水泵运行,并且通过调整凝汽器海水侧出口门的开度来找出单台循环水泵在冬季运行的最佳工作点,同时对循环水优化的安全性进行了详细的分析与阐述。通过循环水泵台数控制及凝汽器出口门的调节这两种优化运行方式,不仅节约了大量的厂用电,取得了明显的经济与社会效益,而且还具有很强的操作性及推广性,对电厂中其它设备的优化运行具有一定的借鉴意义。
According to the operating characteristics of condenser and theory of water pump, one circulating pump was operated to instead of two circulating pumps which should be used in winter by original design. It is creative to find optimum working point by adjusting outer values of condenser in winter. Safety of optimum for circulating water was analyzed. By controlling quantity of circulating pump and adjusting of outer valves, economy of power can be gained and can be referred for other similar plants.
