风痛灵对家兔急性软组织损伤的治疗作用

Therapeutic effect of Fengtongling Liniment on acute soft tissue injury in rabbits

目的:观察风痛灵对家兔急性软组织损伤的治疗作用。方法:应用自制打击器,造成家兔前肢上臂后外侧肱三头肌肌腹处软组织挫伤的模型,外涂风痛灵进行治疗,以患肢肿胀程度、压痛、损伤局部中性粒细胞数、皮下组织瘀血面积和肌肉坏死百分率及外周多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量的测定为观察指标,评价风痛灵对家兔急性软组织损伤的治疗作用。结果:风痛灵1.0 mL/kg、0.5 mL/kg用于急性损伤家兔,能减少患肢肿胀程度;缓解损伤家兔的疼痛,减少损伤局部中性白细胞数;明显降低损伤家兔皮下组织瘀血面积和肌肉坏死百分率;能对抗损伤所致的家兔外周DA、NA、5-HT含量的升高。结论:风痛灵具有较好的抗炎镇痛作用,对家兔急性软组织损伤具有明显的治疗效果。

AIM： To observe the effect of Fengtongling Liniment on acute soft tissue injury in rabbits. METHODS ： The rabbit model of acute soft tissue injury was established to value the effect of Fengtongling Liniment by measuring the swelling degree of suffered limb, tenderness, neutrophilic leukocyte count, the area of stasis of blood of hypodermis, percentage of muscle necrosis, and peripheral DA, NA, and 5-HT content. RESULTS： Fengtongling Liniment could reduce the swelling of suffered limb; alleviate the pain; reduce neutrophilic leukocyte count ; obviously decrease ecchymoma area and percentage of muscle necrosis; and resist the increasing of peripheral DA, NA, and 5-HT content. CONCLUSION： Fengtongling Liniment shows obvious therapeutic effects in rabbits with acute soft tissue injury.
