摘要
利用无磁场、纵向磁场和横向磁场3种热处理方式,制力求4种不同Nb、Mo含量的Fe74.5Cu1M3Si12.5B9.5(M为Nb、Mo原子质量百分数之和)纳米晶试样,分别测量试样的复值磁导率|μ|O.3,矫顽力|Hc|和铁芯损耗Pco.2,分析试样的频谱特性和成分的影响.结果表明,不含Mo的Fe74.5Cu1Nb3Si12.5B9.5合金的|μ|0.3随频率增加而下降的趋势最小,需含Mo的Fe74.5Cu1Nb2Mo1Si12.5B9.5合金的|μ|O.3值最大,且|H|和Pco.2的值最小.在3种磁场热处理中,无磁场热处理后的试样的|μ|0.3最大,且|Hc|和Pco.2的值最小;而纵向磁场热处理后的试样的|μ|03最小。
Using non magnetic field,longitudinal magnetic field and transverse magnetic field annealing,four series of Fe 74 5 Cu 1 M 3Si 12 5 B 9 5 ( M the sum of atomic percentage of Nb and Mo) ultrafine crystalline samples with various Nb and Mo contents were made.The relative complex permeability| | 0 3 ,the coercive force| c| and the core loss P c 0 2 of samples were measured,and their frequency analysis and effect of composition were analyzed respectively.The experimental results showed that the relative complex permeability | | 0 3 of Fe 74 5 Cu 1Nb 3Si 12 5 B 9 5 alloy has minimum change with increasing in frequency.On the other hand,the Fe 74 5 Cu 1Nb 2Mo 1Si 12 5 B 9 5 alloy has maximum | | 0 3 ,minimum | c| and P c 0 2 .The samples after non magnetic field annealing have maximum| | 0 3 ,minimum | c| and P c 0 2 .The samples after longitudinal magnetic field annealing have minimum| | 0 3 ,maximum | c| and P c 0 2 .The magnetic properties of the samples undergoing transverse magnetic field annealing are in the middle.
