科技实践与伦理重建的互动

Interaction between sci-tech practices and ethical reconstruction

伦理是科技实践的一个内在维度,鉴于科技的迅猛发展使传统静态伦理体系的弊端日益凸现,因此,应建构一种开放性的伦理体系,以应对科技实践中出现的伦理问题;应从现实性、前瞻性、反思性和可行性四个方面来考量科技伦理精神的创新;并站在人类伦理实践发展史的角度,指出现代科技活动所引发和遭遇的诸多伦理问题都是人类伦理实践的必然延伸,并从五个方面分析了已有伦理向度在科技时代的延伸。最后指出,科技伦理所涉及的问题在四个层面的不断拓展,展现了科技伦理的新向度。

Ethic is an internal dimension of sci-tech practices, and as the fast growth of science and technology brings to light more defects of traditional static ethical system, it＇s a must to construct an open ethical system so as to deal with ethical problems in sci-tech practices. It＇s necessary to examine innovations in sci-tech ethics from reality and feasibility and with reflections and foresight. From the history of human ethical practice, the author holds that many ethical problems arising from modern sci-tech activities are the inevitable extension of human ethical practice. Having analyzed the extension of ethical dimension in sci-tech age from five perspectives, the author points out that the constant expansion of sci-tech ethical problems in four aspects is a clear indication of the new dimension of sci- tech ethics.
