成长型中小企业评价体系综述

A review of index systems for assessing growing SMEs

为整体把握中小企业的成长状况和发展趋势,客观分析其产业结构与地区分布状况,各省市都在结合自己的特点构建相应的成长型中小企业评价体系,以便于各级政府部门和金融机构制定有针对性的方针、政策,并提供有效的咨询依据。本文主要基于收集到的相关信息,对各个评价体系予以总结,并结合湖北省中小企业的特点,构建湖北省成长型中小企业评价体系。

For a clear picture of the overall development of SMEs, a great many index systems for assessing growing SMEs have been put forward for the reference of policy-makers. This paper presents a review of these index systems, and in light of SMEs＇ development in Hubei Province, has constructed an index system that best assesses growing SMEs in the Province.
