摘要
本文从企业与员工利益关系的构建、员工激励机制的系统创设两维角度,探讨了日本企业管理中人本哲学的具体运用,揭示了其管理制度中具有典型民族特色的人本特质,并从日本民族历史文化角度对这一特质的成因作了简要的分析。
Aided by empirical analysis, this article discusses the application of humanistic philosophy in Japanese enterprise management from the perspectives of enterprise-employee relationship construction and employee excitation mechanism design. It shows that Japanese enterprise management is characterized by typical Japanese humanism, whose origin is explained from the angle of national historical culture .
