摘要
行政管理专业人才素质的高低主要取决于该专业的教学质量的高低,而教学质量的高低在很大程度上又取决于教学方法的运用是否恰当。本文以武汉科技大学行政管理专业教学方法改革为研究对象,对其教学方法改革的基本理念、具体做法及改革的效果进行了分析和研究。
The caliber of administrative management professionals depends mainly on the teaching quality of the specialty, which, in turn, is largely determined by teaching methodology. Taking the reform of teaching methodology for Program of Administrative Management as a research object, this article analyzes and studies related basic theories, specific measures and possible effects.
