摘要 通过文献综述的方法,提出科学运动的概念,并对科学运动的功用进行分析,使人们明确地认识到,生命在于科学地运动。 Aided by literature review, this article puts forward the concept of scientific exercising and analyzes the benefits of scientific exercising. It intends to spread the idea that good health lies in scientific exercising.
