摘要
通过对La不同掺杂比例SBT的XRD、拉曼光谱测试表明La掺杂对铋层状结构材料SBT的结构没有破坏。随掺杂量增加La取代不同位置,SBT拉曼光谱中270cm-1峰和550cm-1峰先宽化然后逐渐锐化,314cm-1肩峰锐化,870cm-1峰没有太大的变化。La掺杂进入类钙钛矿层对邻近TiO6八面体振动影响更大。
In this paper the structure of La-doped SBT with different doping amount was tested by XRD and raman scattering. La-doping has not destroyed the structure of SBT. With the increase of doping amount, La ion substitutes into different site and the 314 and 550cm^-1 modes related to the rotating and tilting of TiO6 octahedron firstly become wide and then become sharp. La substituting into the Bi site in perovskite-like has more influence on the vibrating of TiO6 octahedron.
