摘要
以硝酸钕、硝酸银作为掺杂的前驱物,纳米TiO2为载体,采用表面浸渍法制备了Ag、Nd复合掺杂纳米TiO2和钕掺杂纳米TiO2。用ESR、UV-vis、STM/STS对(Ag,Nd)/TiO2纳米材料进行了表征。结果表明:复合掺杂纳米TiO2经355nm波长光激发后产生了高强度的能引起物质发生氧化反应的活性物种·OH;在200-250nm波段内出现两强吸收峰值,且紫外区内吸光度远低于纳米TiO2;相较于纳米TiO2,其表面Eg大大拓宽,从而使得其在紫外光区具有良好的光催化活性。
(Ag, Nd)/TiO2 nanometer materials and nano-TiO2 doped Nd element were prepared by surface impregnation method with the nitrate of Ag and Nd as precursors. (Ag, Nd)/TiO2 nanometer materials were characterized by ESR, UV-vis and STM/STS techniques. The results showed (Ag, Nd)/TiO2 nanometer materials appeared two sharp adsorption peak values in the range of 200 to 250nm wavelength, and its absorbance was far beyond nano-TiO2 on UV wave band; it brought much higher intensity of active · OH arose substance appearing oxidation reaction by the irradiation of 355nm ray; its surface energy had been greatly broadened, thus its photocatalytic activity was excellent on UV wave band.
