摘要 对几种常用钢纤维含量的200 MPa级活性粉末混凝土(RPC200)的抗弯性能进行了试验研究.根据试验得到的荷载_挠度全曲线,分析了钢纤维在RPC200梁中的抗弯工作机理,给出钢纤维含量对抗折强度的影响规律.采用国内钢纤维混凝土实验方法,计算出弯曲韧性指数和承载能力变化系数,以此衡量RPC200的抗弯韧性,给出了钢纤维含量对RPC200韧性指数和承载力变化系数的影响规律.按照我国现行的CECS13:89钢纤维混凝土实验方法,计算了RPC200的抗折弹性模量.结果表明,钢纤维含量对RPC200弯曲性能的影响较大,在配置RPC200时,可以根据工程需要,选用不同含量钢纤维以满足功能要求. The flexing resistance of 200 MPa reactive powder concrete (RPC200) with several usual contents of steel fibers has been investigated by the experiment. Based on the Load-deflection curves, the working mechanics of steel fibers in the bended beam is analyzed, and the influence of content of steel fibers on the flexural strength of RPC200 is given. Then, the bending toughness index and variation coefficients of load-carrying capability are calculated according to test methods used for steel fiber reinforced concrete in China. Toughness of RPC200 is estimated by using those data. At last, the breaking resistant elasticity modulus is calculated by using CECS1 3:89 test methods. The result indicates that the content of steel fibers affect the flexing resistance of RPC200 obviously. RPC200 with different steel fibers content can be used in order to meet the different requirements of function in practical engineering.
