摘要
介绍了一种按照引进技术标准生产的新型低合金高强度钢板ＩＥ１７０的研制与应用情况。ＩＥ１７０钢板不仅可用于制造引进技术产品，而且也可以广泛代用１６Ｍｎ钢板，提高各类工程机械行业产品和其他行业产品的质量。
A development and application is described of a new type dilute alloy and high strength steel plates, IE170 manufactured according to the technological standards introduced. The plates of steel IE170 are not only used to make products by means of technology introduced abroad, but also can be used to replace steel plates 16Mn extensively, as a result, upgrading the productsquality of both different kinds of engineering machinery industry and other lines.
