摘要
研究了工业磷酸的浓度,促凝剂炼钢碱性渣的加入量及附加物硼酸对铝镁磷酸盐自硬砂性能的影响。确定了铝镁磷酸盐粘结剂及型砂最佳配方,并进行了性能测试和初步生产试验。
The study is made of the phosphoric acids density for industry use, the amount of basic slag as an accelerant for making steel and the influence produced by the additive substancethe boric acid, upon the Al magnesium phosphate known as air set sand as well. The optimum ingredient is decided, which is made up of the Al magnesium phosphate bonding agent, and the casting sand. The property test and primary production experiment have been carried out here.
