The study is made of the phosphoric acids density for industry use, the amount of basic slag as an accelerant for making steel and the influence produced by the additive substancethe boric acid, upon the Al magnesium phosphate known as air set sand as well. The optimum ingredient is decided, which is made up of the Al magnesium phosphate bonding agent, and the casting sand. The property test and primary production experiment have been carried out here.
