Expression and clinical significance of Survivin and caspase-3 gene in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

目的探讨Survivin和caspase-3在喉鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化法测定110例喉鳞癌标本及20例正常喉黏膜中Survivin与caspase-3的表达。结果Survivin在喉鳞癌标本中的表达率为71.8%,与病理分级、淋巴结转移情况相关;caspase-3在喉鳞癌和正常黏膜中的阳性表达率分别为26.4%和90.0%;Survivin和caspase-3呈负相关。结论Survivin与caspase-3密切相关,其可能通过抑制caspase-3活性,在喉癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,有望作为基因治疗靶点。

[Objective] To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Survivin and caspase-3 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. [Methods] Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of Survivin and caspase-3 in 110 cases of laryngeal carcinoma tissues and 20 cases of normal laryngeal tissues. [Results] The expression rate of Survivin in laryngeal carcinoma tissue was 71.8% and closely correlated with pathological grade, lymph node metastasis;The expression rates of casepse-3 protein in laryngeal and normal were 26.4% and 90. 0%. ;Expression of Survivin was negatively related to caspase-3. [Conclusion] Survivin is closely related to caspase-3, which might play an important role in expansion and progression of laryngeal carcinoma by inhibiting the activity of caspase-3, it will be the target of gene therapy in laryngeal carcinoma.
