逍遥软胶囊中白芍和甘草的水提工艺研究

Study on the extraction process for paeoniforin in Xiaoyao soft capsules with Paeonia lactiflora pall and glycyrrhiza uralensis by waters

目的以芍药苷和甘草酸的提取率为指标,对逍遥软胶囊中白芍和甘草的提取工艺进行研究。方法采用正交试验优选白芍和甘草水提工艺。结果白芍和甘草的最佳提取工艺为:加8倍量水煎煮3次,每次1h。结论采用此工艺对白芍和甘草的提取分离效果较好且操作简单。

OBJECTIVE TFo study the extration process for paeonifcorin in Xiaoyao soft capsulae with Paeonia lactiflora pall and glycyrrhiza uralensis getting outrate by using content of paeoniflorin and glycyrrhetic acid as index. METHODS Optimization of processing for extrationg Paeonia lactiflora pall and glycyrrhiza uralensis by the orthogonal design. RESULTS The optimum condition for the extracion of Paeonia lactifiorin pall and glycyrrhizin was decocted with 8 times amont of waters for 3 times and with each time for 1.0h. CONCLUSION The separated effect of paeoniflorin was very preferable by using this technology, further more, the manipulation was simple.
