摘要
利用有限元法分析KE495发动机曲轴的内部应力分布状态,得出原曲轴结构的不合理之处。通过重新设计曲轴平衡重和轴颈过渡圆角,达到改进曲轴内部应力分布的目的。
The finite element method is used to study the internal stress distribution condition of the KEA95 engine crankshaft, then the unreasonable design of the original crankshaft is known. Through redesigning the crankshaft counterbalance piece and the journal transition fillets, the aim improving the crankshaft internal stress distribution is achieved.
