CXA－1重组近交系小鼠生物学特性研究Ⅰ、皮肤移植Ⅱ、毛色基因测试Ⅲ、血液学常规值

Biologioal Characteristics of CXA-1r-inbred mice

对培育成功的ＣＸＡ－１重组近交系小鼠进行部分生物学特性观察：（１）皮肤移植；（２）毛色基因测试；（３）血液学常规值，结果表明，同系异体植皮观察１００天以上，未见排斥现象，毛色基因测试，Ａ、Ｂ位点均为纯合，基因型为ａａｂｂｃｃＤＤ，血液学常规和血清蛋白质均在正常范围内，本观察所得结果可为ＣＸ－１重组近交系小鼠在科学实验中应用提供资料。

Skin transplantation. hair gene and routine hemological test and so onbiologioal characteristics of CXA-1r-inbred mice have been Performed.The resuftsshowed that there were no reiection reaction to appear following skin syngenesioplastictransplantation moreman 100 days.Nair gene expressed aa,bb, cc,DD types and A. Bsites both were homozygous.Routine hemological index and contents of serum proteinall were within the normal ranges.These datas can be used as for references in the sci-entific experiments using CXA-1r-inbred mice.
