摘要
通过对中毒离子交换树脂的分析,证实离子交换树脂被铁化物污染是导致离子交换树脂交换能力有所下降主要原因。制定了酸洗方法,先后对6台交换器进行清洗,清洗后离子交换树脂交换能力有所提高,达到锅炉安全运行的目的。
Analysis of the poisoned ion exchange resin proves that the pollution of ion exchange resin by iron compound is the main reason leading to exchanging ability reduction. A pinkling method is made out for cleaning six exchangers. After cleaning, the exchanging ability is improved to ensure the safe running of boilers.
