骨肿瘤患者血液流变学指标的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较良恶性骨肿瘤患者的血液流变学变化。方法:观察100例骨肿瘤患者(其中良性40例,恶性40例),对其血液流变学指标比较。结果:良性骨肿瘤患者全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、血沉、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数等与正常对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),恶性骨肿瘤患者上述指标均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:恶性骨肿瘤患者存在血液高粘、高凝、高聚状态,了解血液流变学的改变对防治恶性骨肿瘤的发生和发展有积极意义。
