摘要
目的:研究利血康颗粒中白茅根、藕节(炭)提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法进行优选,以氯仿提取物及干膏率为指标。结果:最佳提取工艺为白茅根、藕节(炭)二味药材,加水煎煮3次,每次加8倍量水,煎煮1.5小时。结论:此法简单、易行,方法重现性好,适用于工业化生产。
Objective: To optimiTe the extraction process of Rhizoma imperatae and NodusNelumbinis Rhizomatis in Lixuekang granules. Methods: The orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the extraction process. The weights of chlorine extracts and water extracts were determined as makers to evaluate the effect of the extraction of different processes. Results : The optimum extracting factors were 8 times of water, extracting for 1.Sh, for 3 times. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is simple and repeatable, it can be used in industrial production.
