摘要
对生产啤酒用的热交换器薄板早期腐蚀失效作了系统分析.发现,薄板热交换器普遍存在着接触点的缝隙腐蚀.早期失效的原因是薄板与波形片间点焊塑性环区析出铬的碳化物而引起缝隙──晶间腐蚀造成穿孔.腐蚀穿孔与点焊工艺有关,建议改用没有点焊的其他结构.
The premature corrosion failure of heat exchange sheet used to producebeer has been systematicly analysed. The resurlt showed that there existed crevice corrosion at the contact points of the sheets. The reason for the premature failure is the chromium carbides precipitation within the circular plastic zones formed during the spot weldingprocess of the thin plate and the corrugated sheet,which cause the crevice-intergranularcorrosion and corrosion holes. The corrosion holes result from the unstability of spotwelding process,so the suggestion of the replacement with non-spot welded structure hasbeen put forward.
