教师发展语境的批判现实主义解读

摘要 教师与语境是一组辩证的关系,两者的互动态势直接影响着教师发展。文章试从机构,个体,社会,文化等四大语境入手,探讨当前教师发展面临的制约因素,并结合自身经历思忖教师发展的真正内涵,最后阐述教师发展在教育变革中的重要性。
