养学生良好行为习惯是思想政治教育的重要目的和培养学生优良品德的重要途径和方法，对实现新时期人才培养目标有重要意义．正确运用“强化激励”方法培养学生的良好习惯．以正强化为主，负强化为辅，正强化的主要方法和途径是：重复和练习、示范模仿、严格管理、风气影响、实践锻炼、行为评价负强化的主要方法和途径是：批评和处分、考验、防止重复．

Trainning the student's good habits of behaviour is an important purpose of education in ideological politics and an important method for molding the student's character. It has supreme significance for accomplishing the goal of training qualified personnel. To apply the principle of intensive encouraging can cultivate the student's good habits of behaviour, relying mainly on positive indensifying while making negatitive indensifying subsidiary. The method of positive indensifing is: repeating and exercising, behaviour appraing, the method of negative indensifying is: criticizing and punishing, trialing, preventing repeat.
