交通管理中，人、车、路是构成交通的三个基本要素，力求通过交通参与者的行为特征分析，剖析昆明市交通现状及影响交通的内外因素，提出了相应的解决办法和建议．

It is known that people, vehicle and road are the three basic components of trappic control. By analysing the feature of traffic partieipants' behavior, the paper intends to search the internal and external factors affecting the traffic of Kunming, and to find out the solution.
