摘要
对集群知识系统运行环境的构成提出了一种新观点,认为集群知识系统的运行环境由本地环境和全球环境构成,其中,本地环境可以进一步细分为技术经济环境、社会文化环境和知识能力环境;对上述每一类“亚环境”进行了深入分析;提出了集群知识系统运行环境的优化对策.
It proposes that the environment of corporate cluster＇s knowledge systems is consist of the local and global environment, and further analyzes the three subsystems, technical-economic environment, socialcultural environment and knowledge-competence environment. Finally, it puts forward the relevant policies for improving the environment, which will promote the competence of the corporate clusters.
