摘要
本课题通过利用合肥地区常用的地方材料,对双掺混凝土进行优化组合试验,通过验证试验、对比试验及正交设计试验,选取最佳水泥品种、掺量;最佳外加剂品种、掺量;最佳掺和料品种、掺量等材料,配制一系列C50-C60泵送混凝土,并进行了技术经济分析,进而为合肥市商品混凝土行业提供技术服务。该课题的研究成功将为合肥市土木工程行业带来较大的经济效益和社会效益。
Through the optimization test of the interblending concrete, e.g. the confirmatory test, the contrast experiment and the orthogonal experimental design, this research project applies the lecal materials of Hefei City to ehoese the optimum types and amount of cement, additive and admixture to compound a series number of C50-C60 pumped concrete and makes their respective cost-effectiveness analysis, which can provide technical reference to the commercial concrete industry of Hefei City. The success of this research project will bring large economic and secial benefits to civil engineering of Hefei City.
