摘要
文章就国有企业主辅分离、辅业改制过程中劳动关系的处理原则和方法步骤,以及主体企业在劳动关系调整过程中应起的作用等问题,进行了初步探讨。
This article makes initial approach to the problems e.g. the treating principal and steps of the labor relations and the pail the core business should play in the restructuring of the state-owned enterprises by separating secondary lines of business from core business and turning secondary lines into independent companies.
