The construction stage of a building project is the one that has the longest space of time and the largest number of alterations, so the cost management for which is also the most difficult and the most complicated stage during the whole process. The neceasity and difficulty of cost management during the construction stage is analyzed and the concrete measures are put foracard in this article.
