摘要
江苏省苏北地区的人才存量状况制约着该地区经济社会加快发展的步伐。研究表明,苏北地区人才生存环境存在着明显劣势。市场经济条件下,苏北地区人才队伍建设必须实施差别化战略,包括人才战略目标定位差别化、人才战略进程差别化、人才战略对策举措差别化,省级政府的宏观调控手段也要差别化。
The situation of talent storage in northern Jiangsu restrains the further economic and social development in northern Jiangsu. The living environment of talents in this region is obviously unsatisfactory, so it is necessary to carry out the strategy of differentiation in the construction of talent team under the market economy condition, which involves differentiation in target, development and countermeasures of talent strategy, as well as different macro monitoring measures taken by the provincial government.
