摘要
在消化性溃疡病的治疗中,H2受体拮抗剂和H+—K+—ATP酶抑制剂的疗效已被大家公认。而钙通道阻滞剂治疗消化性溃疡的疗效已引起广大医生的关注。本文通过对35例十二指肠壶腹部溃疡患者的近期疗效观察的阐述,给溃疡病的药物治疗开辟了一条新的途径。
The H2 receptor antagonist and H^＋ - K^＋ - ATP inhibitor might have good curative effect in treatment of peptic ulcer. The calcium channel blocker had similar effect and was concerned by doctors. This paper had discuss the 35 cases duodenum ulcer patient who were treated with nifedipine and its effect so that to find the new way of peptic ulcer.
