摘要
本文对20CrMnTi钢锻造齿坯普通正火处理的缺陷作了分析,试验研究了等温正火工艺参数对锻造齿坯的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,锻造齿坯采用等温正火可获得均匀细小等轴状的珠光体和铁素体组织,硬度HB165~186且沿截面分布较均匀。
The defects in the forged blanks of 20CrMnTi spiral bevel gears have been analyzed. Theeffects of isothermal normalizing parameters on the structures and properties of the forged blanks havebeen experimentally investigated. The test results show that a homogeneous equi-axed perlite plusferrite structure and a well-distributed hardness (HB165~186) along the blank's section can beobtained for the forged blanks by isothermal normalization.
