摘要
高能球磨法制备SiC/Al复合粉末过程中,通过改变过程控制剂的添加量,研究其对出粉率、粉末粒度分布、相组成和粉末微观形貌的影响。结果表明,加入4%(wB)的过程控制剂能明显提高出粉率、细化粉末、减少杂质,并有助于实现粉末的机械合金化。
During the preparation of SiC/Al composite powder, the influence of process control agent (PCA) amount on powder extraction rate, morphology, particle size and microstructure of the final powder is studied. The results show that 4 wt. % of PCA can increase the extraction rate dramatically, reduce the particle size, and avoid the introduction of other elements. Mechanical alloying of SiC/ Al composite powder is achieved finally.
