本文从工艺理论和实际出发，设计了内、外套圈加工新工艺和轴承组装新工艺，很好地解决了目前轿车轮毂轴承制造中存在的问题，可行性良好。

In this paper,we design new process technology for inner ring and outer ring,and design newassemble technology for the bearing in technology theory and practice. It can solve the problem of existin the limousine wheel hub bearing manufacture at present very well. The technologies are goodpractice.
