摘要 希尔伯特黄变换是先把一列时间序列数据通过经验模态分解,然后经过希尔伯特变换获得时频谱的信号处理新方法。介绍了希尔伯特黄变换算法的原理及流程,利用由希尔伯特谱反映出的丰富的物理信息来对齿轮进行故障诊断。结果表明,希尔伯特谱较好地实现了齿轮故障的诊断,希尔伯特黄变换为齿轮故障提供了有力的工具。 The Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) is a new method of time frequency spectrum treatment that calls for the decomposition of time sequenced data by empirical modes (EMD) which is followed by a Hilbert transform (HT). This paper explains the theory and algorithm of the HHT. It employs the plenty of information of gear embodied in Hilbert spectrum for fault diagnosis. The result indicates that Hilbert spectrum is useful and HHT is a powerful tool in the fault diagnosis of gears.
