设计一种对石油开采设备中的输油管道腐蚀度进行监测的仪表,该仪表采用了单片机和IC卡技术,通过串行数据存储器对采集到的数据进行存储,可长时间实现腐蚀度在线监测。具有电路简单、价格低廉、数据可经IC卡携带、现场可随时观察腐蚀度大小等优点。

This paper introduces an instrument for monitoring the corrosion degree of oil draining pipes in oil production equipment. The instrument adopts SCM and IC card techniques and uses serial data storage to save the collected data so that it can monitor online the corrosion degree for a long time. The instrument has the advantages of simple circuit, low cost, data stored on IC card and on-the spot corrosion degree monitoring at any time.
