广东省民营体育健身服务企业的现状与未来发展的制度建设取向

采用社会学和经济学研究方法,对广东省民营体育健身服务企业的现状进行了调查,结果表明:广东民营资本投资体育健身服务市场已具有一定规模,但也存在一些问题,经营管理水平不高;配套管理政策不完善;缺乏服务特色;从业人员素质和人力资源管理水平不容乐观;政府在经济政策方面支持度较低。

Using the methods of sociology and economics, the author investigates the current situation of private owner＇s sports fitness enterprises in Guangdong Province. The result shows that its current market has reached a certain scale, but also had some problems, such as, management administration level was not high, the necessary policy was imperfect, lack of service characteristic, the jobholders＇ diathesis too low and the level of human resources management are not accommodate; The government support lowly in economic policy.
