摘要 国内外减肥运动处方一般以长时间中低强度有氧运动为主,但实际上,全世界肥胖发病率仍在逐年增长,依靠传统减肥运动处方似乎很难达到理想效果。从理论分析和文献综述基础上,提出大强度间歇运动可能是更加有效的减肥措施,其理论依据是大强度间歇运动后总能量消耗增加,同时能量物质摄取下降。 For a long time the weight reducing exercise prescription uses the method of lowness and middle intensity aerobics exercise in domestic and abroad. While obesity is increasing all over the world, it seems that the traditional exercise prescription for loss weight is inefficiency. So, the author makes analysis using the basic way of documentary, and proposes that high intensity intermission training is more helpful to loss weight; as energy expenditure increases and energy intake decreases.
