A Study on the Condition of Employment and Countermeasures for Job Hunting in Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education

通过对我院2004届至2005届毕业生就业率及就业质量的统计分析和对用人单位、教师和毕业生的调查研究,并结合社会环境和我院的实际情况,探究解决新形势下广州体院毕业生就业工作问题的有效途径和具体可行的对策。

With the increasing of graduates and austerity for them to take up an occupation, the author explores the efficiency approaches and feasible countermeasures to resolve the problems in graduate take up occupation under new situation. Makes statistical analysis on rate of obtain occupation of the graduate in 2004 and 2005, also investigates the employ persons units, teachers and graduate, and then combines the social environment with present situation in our college.
