武器装备科研生产单位保密资格审查认证实践

Practice of Auditing and Approving of Confidential Qualification of Manufacturer,Scientific Bodies in Military Equipments

随着经济全球化进一步深入发展,在世界范围的“情报战”、“间谍战”日趋激烈的情况下,我国防科技工业的保密管理工作也面临着许多新情况、新问题,对国防科技工业及军事斗争准备工作造成重大影响的失泄密事件时有发生,给国家安全和利益造成严重损害。为加强国防科技工业保密管理工作,中共中央做出了加强国防科技工业保密管理工作的战略部暑。2005年,攀长钢公司结合实际情况,开展了武器装备科研生产单位保密资格证审查认证工作,并以高分一次性通过了认证。作为攀钢(集团)公司内第一家通过此认证的分、子公司和四川省内少数几家通过此认证的大中型企业,我们就如何开展认证工作,切实加强保密管理做出了有益的探索,为履行军工配套企业神圣职责奠定了坚实基础。

With the further development of economic glohalizafion, under the condition of ＂intelligence competition＂ and ＂spy competition＂getting more and more intense around the world, there are also lots of new conditions and new issues in front of confidential management works of our national dofence scientific and technical industry, there are sometimes incidents concerning leakage of secrets happened which have exerted serious influence on national defence scientific and technical industry, these incidents have made serious damage on national security and benefit. In order to atrengthen confidential management works of out national defence scientific and technical industry, the Central Commission of the Chinese Communist Party has made strategies for strengthening confidential management works of our national defence scientific and technical industry. In 2005 year, based on the practical conditions, Panchanggan company did a lot of works for auditing and approving its confidential qualification of anus equipment science and research production unit,and this company was certificated in one time with high score. As the first sub - company of Paagang Group Company which was certificated by this certification and one of a small amount of several large or medium size enterprises in Siehuan Province which were certificated by this certification, we did beneficial exploration for how to do certification work and strengthen confidential management seriously, this laid a solid foundation for executing sacred duty of militatyindustrial matching enterprise.
