摘要 研究以水、水-乙醇混合溶剂为提取剂,在超声波条件下提取罗汉果中总黄酮的工艺条件,探讨乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比对提取得率的影响。结果表明:在超声波条件下,采用40%的乙醇浓度,料液比为1∶25,一次提取40分钟,罗汉果总黄酮得率为1.761%.同上工艺条件下采用二级逆流提取,则总黄酮平均得率达1.894%. The extraction of total flavones from grosvenor momordica with ukrasonic was studied. The ethanol concentration, extraction time and material-solution ratio were investigated. It was shown that the optimal conditions were. 40% ethanol, material-solution ratio 1 : 25, 45min. Under the optimal condition, the extraction yield was 1. 761%. At the same time, the contranatant extraction process with two stages was investigated, and it was shown that the extraction yield was up to 1. 894 % under the same conditions.
