摘要
数控加工中心热误差的预测,可以通过机床内部的电流和速度参数,建立多元线性回归模型来实现。这与传统的热误差建模方法相比,其优点为测量方式更为直接,所需测量的对象也相应的减少。
Thermal error of machining center can be estimated by utilizing parameters of electrical current and speed in CNC unit. A mathematical model for thermal deformation of machining center was established by multivariate linear regression. Compared with the model building method based on thermal error, it was more direct for measurement. And the measured data could also be reduced accordingly,
