理论分析城市基本控制网的精度要求和RTK测量误差情况，结合实际提出利用RTK测量城市基本控制网的方法与技术指标，并通过具体工程案例进行验证。

The accuracy requirement of city basic control network and the error in RTK survey was analysed theoretically. In this paper, combined with actual cases, the method and technical index of city basic control network survey by RTK was advanced, and proved fight by an engineering case.
