摘要
在全光照喷雾条件下,将GGR-6号、萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸配制成4种不同浓度,经过1 h和3h两种不同时间,处理银缕梅插穗,进行扦插试验,结果表明:从节约成本提高效益出发,最优处理方案可设计为50 mg/kg GGR-6号处理1 h,或用200 mg/kg吲哚丁酸处理3 h.
The cottage experiment of Shaniodendron subaequale was done under full sunlight condition with water spraying. Four concentrations of three kinds of plant growth regulators, i. e. , GGR -6, NAA and IBA were tested separately with two different treatment durations, i.e. , 1 h and 3 h. It was sowed by the results that the best combination was 50 mg/kg of GGR treated for 1 h, or 200 mg/kg of IBA treated for 3 h to save the cost and to enhance the effectiveness of cottage propagation.
