攀钢西渣场开发利用工程A场挡墙及地基处理

摘要 阐述了在松散渣铁层及河岸漂卵石层中快速成孔,形成较大直径的旋喷注浆桩的过程。介绍了就地取材,利用渣铁做挡墙砌块粗骨料及墙体充填材料的新方法。该法既节约了大量外运的混凝土骨料,又增大了渣库库容,为渣铁的开发利用,提供了一个新的范例。 The paper describes the building - up process of a large size rotary jet slip - casting pile by quick pore - forming in bulky iron slag layer and in river bank's floated pebble bed. Also, it introduces a new method to utilize local materials, such as taking iron slag to be the coarse aggregates of retaining wall's building block and the filling materials of wall body. This method can not only avoid the outward transportation of a great deal of concrete aggregates, but also help to expand the capacity of slag yard thus offering a new example for the development and utilization of iron slag.
