1990～2005年间604例喉癌病例的动态分析

Dynamic Analysis of 604 Laryngeal Cancer Cases from 1990 to 2005

目的分析我院近十六年收治的喉癌病例,为今后辽西地区喉癌流行病学调查提供线索。方法分析我科1990至2005年收治的喉癌病例604例,全部病例都有病理证实。结果前8年喉癌病例为191例,后8年为413例,性别比为男:女=2.7∶1,分别计算则为前8年男∶女=1.8∶1,后8年男∶女=3.5∶1,平均年龄为60.1岁,好发部位依次为声门上型为(47.0%),声门型(42.1%),声门下型(2.6%),跨声门型(8.3%)结论我院收治的喉癌病例近几年有增长趋势,但女性增长不明显,好发部位以声门上型为主,但近几年声门型增长迅速。

Objective The analysis of laryngeal cancer cases in our hospital is to offer the clue to investigate the epidemiology of the laryngeal cancer in the westen Liaoning province. Methods 604 paients were analyzed from November in 1990 to 2005 . All were proved by pathologic diagnosis. Results In the first eight years the eases are 191, in last years are 413. In sex men to women was 2. 7： 1. In the first eight years sex men to women is 1.8： 1, in last eight years is 3.5： 1, the average age is 60. 1. supra - glottic region is 47.0%, glottic region is 42. 1%, sub - glottic region is 2. 6%. Conclusions Increasing tendency of laryngeal cancer which was treated in our hospital was not obvious in women. And the most location was glottic portion , but in rencent years supra - lottic portion was increasing rapidly.
