胰岛素样生长因子-1对原代培养的猪甲状腺细胞生成的影响

Effect of IGF-1 on the Growth of Cultured Pig Thyroid Cells

目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)在原代培养的猪甲状腺细胞生长调节中的作用。方法选新鲜猪甲状组织,采用原代培养技术和非同位素标记的细胞增殖分析法(MTT),检测不同浓度的IGF-1对甲状腺细胞生长的影响。结果在TSH存在条件下,IGF-1呈剂量依赖性的促进甲状腺细胞的生长。TSH对IGF-1有一定的协同作用。结论一定浓度的IGF-1可以促进甲状腺细胞增殖。

Objective To observe the effect of IGF - 1 on the growth of pig thyroid gland. Methods Fresh pig thyroid cells were cultured in a monolayer systerm. Results In the condition of TSH, IGF - 1 enhances the growth of pig thyroid cells in does - dependent manner. IGF - 1 is synergistic action with TSH. Conclusions IGF - 1 can accelerate the growth of pig thyroid cells.
