摘要
本文研究了黄樟素的催化氢化反应.考察了P-2型硼镍催化剂在常压液相反应中,不同投料比、溶剂乙醇含水量、温度等因素对反应的影响.比较了P-2BNi、RaneyNi和Pd/C的催化活性,得到了P-2BNi催化的动力学参数和最佳氢化条件.
In the present study,the influences of the ratio of difflerent catalysts,the water content of solvent alcohol, rection temperature on the hydrogenization of safroie, and the comparative catalytic of activity P - 2 B - 2 BNi 、Raney Ni and Pd/C were studied. The resultsindicated: when P - 2 BNi was used as the catalyst,the order of reacton was zero -,the rate of hydrogen absorb was 5.5 ml·min-l,the speed constant was 2.78×10-4 mol·dm-3.s-1;when mole rate was bigger the reaction temperature was higher than 45°C,the rate of hydro gen absorb decreses linearly with reaction time;the higher the water contents of solvent the quickerthe reaction rate decreasd;under the same condions, the catalytic activity of P - 2 BNi is much higher than that of Raney Ni,and similar to that % Pd/C. therefore,P - 2 BNi has the potential to be a catalyst instead % Pd/C and Raner Ni used in the hydrogenization % safrole.
