摘要
文中讨论了推力轴承动特性研究中的几个问题.首先给出单推力瓦动特性系数的定义,接着利用坐标变换原理,提出推力轴承动特性系数的求解方法,最后给出一种加快计算速度的方法,从而使推力轴承动特性系数的计算既具有理论上的严谨性又不失实用性.对固定瓦推力轴承的动特性进行了研究,结果表明推力盘的静态倾斜对推力轴承的动特性产生显著的影响.文中的工作可以进一步推广至可倾瓦推力轴承动特性的研究,并可用于推力轴承一转子系统耦合动力学分析.
Several problems on the investigation of the dynamic characteristics of a thrust bearing are discussed in this paper. The dynamic coefficients of a single pad are defined firstly. The computing method of the thrust bearing is proposed based on the coordinate transformation principle and an approach to make the calculation fast is also given. The relation between the dynamic coefficients and the static tilt of the pad on a fixed-pad thrust bearing is investigated and the results show that the static tilt of the runner influences them greatly. The present work can be extended to the analysis of the coupled dynamics of bearing-rotor systems attached with thrust-bearings.
