摘要
离子渗氮提高2Cr13钢光滑和缺口疲劳极限的幅度与疲劳薄弱环节出现的位置有关.渗氮处理提高缺口试样的疲劳强度更加有效.用主要取决于心部性能的光滑疲劳极限和主要取决于渗氮层性能的缺口疲劳极限,计算得到的疲劳缺口敏感很小,具有非真实性.文中给出了真实性强的合理估算值;并提出疲劳缺口敏感度真实与否的判断原则,该原则也适用于其它的表面强化处理.
The increase in fatigue limit of 2Cr13 steel resulted from ionitriding treatment depends on. where the fatigue links locate. This treatment is more efficient for increased fatigue strength of notched specimen. The fatigue notch sensitivity calculated with the smooth fatigue limit,which depends mainly on the property of specimen core,and the notch fatigue limit,which depends mainly on the property of nitriding layer,is so small that it is unreal. A more reasonable estimate was given. The judgement principle that whether or not the fatigue notch sensitivity is real was proposed, This principle is also applicable for other surface strengthen treatments.
