摘要
介绍了状态空间预测控制算法和智能控制算法相结合的方法及其在电加热炉中的应用。结果表明:实时控制比状态空间预测控制算法超调减小5℃,调整时间缩短60min,精度可提高±1.5℃。
State space-predicative control algorithm in combination with intelligent control algorithm and its application in the electric heating furnace are introduced.The results of real-time control proved that its overshoot reduces 5℃,adjust time shortens 60 s,and precision hightens±℃,compared with state space-predicative control algorithm.
